Welcome to GeoBrief. By accessing or using our browser-based 3D tactical mapping visualization tool and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Use of the Service & Acceptable Use

GeoBrief is strictly a neutral visualization tool. The user assumes 100% legal responsibility and liability for the data, routes, and scenarios they map.

You explicitly agree not to:

  • Use the Service to plan, coordinate, or facilitate actual illegal acts, terrorism, or real-world violence.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the WebGL source code to build a competing product or clone.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

2. Billing, Payments, and Refunds

All transactions, subscriptions, and billing are securely handled by our Merchant of Record, Polar. Subscriptions are billed annually and auto-renew unless canceled.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day refund window. If the Service does not meet your tactical needs or hardware capabilities, you may request a manual refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting our support email.

3. Hardware Requirements (As-Is Provision)

GeoBrief is a demanding 3D application running via WebGL. The Service is provided "As-Is". A modern device with a dedicated GPU is highly recommended. We are not liable for performance drops, lag, or rendering failures on low-end hardware.

4. Intellectual Property

GeoBrief retains full copyright over the core map engine, rendering logic, custom code, and UI/UX. We make no copyright claims over the standard-issue public domain 3D models provided within the application. You retain all ownership rights to the specific Customer Data and scenarios you create.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend any account violating this policy (especially Acceptable Use provisions) without a refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
